AlphaSchedule (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides recruiting automation software through alphaschedule.ai and any subdomains, successors, and browser extensions (collectively, the “Services”).

Information we collect

The data we collect includes: (i) data about AlphaSchedule customers (“Users”), such as personal information including name, organization, and contact details, which you may provide when creating an AlphaSchedule account; and (ii) data about contacts/candidates that Users add to the Service, such as candidate contact information, social profile URLs, email addresses, names, and telephone numbers (“Candidates”). The terms “you” and “your” refer to Users or Candidates, as applicable.

We also collect the content you create, upload, or receive when using the Services. This includes details about the Candidates you upload to the Service.

Your apps, browsers & devices

We collect information about and from the apps, browsers, and devices you use to access our service. This information helps us provide features such as automatic product updates and enhanced customer support.

The information we collect includes, but is not limited to, unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, and mobile network information including carrier name and phone number, as well as application version number. Additionally, we gather data on how your apps, browsers, and devices interact with our services, including IP address, crash reports, system activity, and the date, time, and referrer URL of your request.

Third-Party & Public Information

In certain situations, AlphaSchedule may collect information about Candidates from trusted third-party or publicly available sources for the purposes described below. We employ a variety of technologies to collect and store information, including cookies, pixel tags, local storage options such as browser web storage or application data caches, databases, and server logs.

To Provide Our Services
We use data to deliver the Services, such as processing Candidates from your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to help you engage them for future roles.

Maintain & Improve Our Services
We use the data we collect to ensure our Services are functioning as intended, such as monitoring outages or troubleshooting issues reported to us. Additionally, we may gather and combine information from Users, publicly available sources (like Google Search or social networks), or trusted third parties to enhance, optimize, and enrich our Candidate database.

Develop New Services
We may use the information we collect to help us develop new services.

Provide Personalized Services
We use the information we collect to tailor the Services for you, including providing recommendations, personalized content, and customized campaign strategies.

Data Sharing Policy
We do not share personally identifiable User information, such as User names or emails, with other customers or third parties unless a User grants us permission to do so.

Measure Performance
We use data for analytics and measurement to understand how our Services are used. For instance, we analyze data about your visits to the Service to optimize product design, and we use information about your interactions with Candidates to enhance product functionality.

Communicate with You
We use information we collect, such as your email address, to communicate with you directly. We may inform you about upcoming changes or improvements to our Services. Additionally, if you contact AlphaSchedule, we will keep a record of your request to help resolve any issues you might be facing.

Your privacy controls

You have rights regarding the information we collect and how it’s used. We respect your privacy rights, and you, whether you’re a User or a Candidate, may contact us at any time. We will diligently work to respect your choices and requests regarding your Personal Information. Below are the rights you have under applicable privacy and data protection regulations:

Right of Access:
You may request access to your Personal Information and obtain a copy of the Personal Information being processed by AlphaSchedule. This includes details on the purposes of processing; categories of Personal Information processed; recipients of the Personal Information; the duration for which the Personal Information will be stored; and information on data transfers.

Right of Rectification:
You may request to change, update, or complete any missing data we process about you by contacting [email protected]. Please note that we may rectify, replenish, or remove incomplete or inaccurate information at any time and at our own discretion.

Right of Erasure:
You may withdraw your consent to our processing of your Personal Information at any time. If there is no overriding legitimate interest for continuing the processing, and the Personal Information is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, we will erase your data. You can withdraw your consent by contacting us at [email protected]. Candidates may also withdraw consent to our processing by emailing the User/Company they applied to.

Exporting, Removing & Deleting Your Information:
You can export a copy of the content in your account if you wish to back it up or use it with a service outside of AlphaSchedule. To delete your information, please contact us at [email protected].

We strive to protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Thus, there may be delays between your deletion request and when copies are deleted from our active and backup systems. Additionally, we may retain data for limited periods when necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.
